How to set as live background on Windows/PC:

1. Install the free Lively Wallpaper App from Microsoft Store.
2. Open Lively Wallpaper on your desktop.
3. Click the Add Wallpaper button (+ icon) inside the app.
4. Drag and drop the downloaded live wallpaper MP4 video file into the window.
5. Click OK, select the background, and you are all set!
